  1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning at 12:00:01 AM (ET) on 1/29/10 through 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 3/26/10, visit www.rougemag.com/letters and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form and submit an entry into the Sweepstakes. Additionally, you can write an optional “letter to the editor,” where you are invited to share your thoughts about Rouge magazine, in the field provided (maximum 3000 characters including spaces and punctuation). Optional “letters to the editor” will not be judged and will not increase your odds of winning. Sponsor-selected optional “letters to the editor” may be featured in Rouge magazine. A person can use only one email address to enter. Limit one entry per email address per day.

    Submissions cannot contain any commercial/corporate advertising other than Sponsor’s (including but not limited to brand names and slogans) and they must not contain defamatory statements (including words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group); they must not include threats to any person, place, business, or group; they must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm, entity, and they must not in any way violate applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Submissions may not contain profanities or obscenities, and may not in any way disparage persons or organizations associated with Sponsor. Sponsor/judges reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entry that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any other person or entity, or does not comply with these requirements or these Official Rules. Submissions must be suitable for presentation in a public forum, in sole determination of judges and/or Sponsor.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 49 United States (excluding Maine) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Maine and where prohibited by law.
  3. RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 4/1/10 from among all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
  4. PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: 1 Grand Prize: Winner will receive an assortment of Procter & Gamble beauty and personal care products in a Rouge tote bag, including Secret® Clinical Sport deodorant, Olay® Quench Advanced Healing moisturizer, Pantene® Ice Shine Shampoo and Conditioner, Venus® Embrace® Razor, Cover Girl® Lash Blast Length mascara, Cover Girl® Shine Blast Lip Gloss, Olay® Body Butter Ribbons Body Wash, and Olay® Regenerist® Micro-Sculpting Cream. Approximate Retail Value: $150. Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize.
  5. GENERAL RULES: Potential winner will be notified by mail. In the event that prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, entrant may be disqualified without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant will be declared null and void. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.

In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
